Fresh crab isn’t the only reason to enjoy white wine during the winter months (it sure doesn’t hurt). In fact, many of the layered and rich dishes we love to cook when the weather is chilly are perfectly suited to robust white wines. This week we hope to mix things up from the recent red-heavy tastings we have been doing. As usual, $5 four wines and snacks.
